Refund policy

Food Safety Policy 

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. All drink mix sales are final. 

Refunds are not accepted for:

Consumed or partially consumed mixes

Opened or tampered packaging

Orders affected by carrier delays once marked delivered

Orders not retrieved promptly after delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.  Please include your order number and any relevant details/photos. 

Chargebacks: 

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
